Before meeting, we’ll send you:

- A request for plans, photographs or videos of your space
During the meeting, we’ll explore your vision, needs, worries, timescales and budget. We’ll look at existing plans or walk the site, discuss any specialist trades you might need and start building a clear understanding of your unique requirements.
Step 2: The Proposal
After our initial conversation, we prepare a Proposal for the works. This document isn’t just a quote — it’s a blueprint of your project. It includes:
- A summary of your needs (to confirm we’ve understood your brief)
- The phases of work we’ll undertake
- Our terms & conditions
Once approved and your initial fees are paid, we move to the creative stages.
Phase 1: Finding Your Style
We start by identifying your personal aesthetic and how you want your space to feel. Using our in‑house Colour & Style Psychology Questionnaire, we gain insight into your preferences and lifestyle. This is especially valuable for couples who need help aligning different tastes.
We’ll measure your space, take reference photos and videos, and set up collaborative idea boards on Pinterest or Houzz.
From there, we create Concept Boards — a visual starting point for your ‘look’, colour palette and patterns. Once you approve the concept, we evolve it into a more detailed Mood Board that forms the foundation of your design.
Phase 2: Detailed Plans & Design Development
Here’s where your dream starts taking shape on paper — and on screen.
We produce 2D and 3D plans, showing everything from lighting and electrical layouts to precise furniture placement. These scaled drawings ensure each space flows beautifully and functions perfectly.

Phase 4: Project Management
For clients who opt for complete peace of mind, we offer full Project Management. This includes:
- Regular progress updates

- Overseeing deliveries and installations

Phase 5: Installation & Styling
