When our client asked us to work on his new apartment, the work to convert it from an office space into a set of luxury apartments had just started. Getting on board so early in the build made a big difference to how we were able to re-interpret and shape the space for our client. Our brief was to design and furnish a luxurious space for modern 21st century living, that would feel like 'home' from day one. We planned the internal floor plan and layout and worked very closely with the builder and our client to accommodate their wishes and passions.
Designing the whole apartment meant we were able to create a cohesive scheme for our client and consider everything on their 'wish' list; from tech that includes a Lutron system which controls the curtains, lighting, speakers, and heating, to bespoke items such as the curved hand-made leather banquette at the end of the kitchen island and bookcase with a secret cupboard behind it.
