Originally the living room, we recommended moving the kitchen from a north facing front room to the back of the house and installing large Crittal windows to make the most of the view over the garden and let light flood in.
The new kitchen space is larger meaning we could include a snug area in addition to a generously sized dining table. We included comfy armchairs near the windows as the owners are avid readers, as well as storage for their record player (another passion). They now spend the majority of their time here and enjoy being able to be together or socialising with friends. The new space has completely changed how this couple live in their home and they say how much joy it brings them.
