'Interior design & safety regs for HMOs' workshop.



This course is designed for a minimum of 3 to a maximum of 8 delegates and is run by a professional interior designer whose property portfolio comprises of over 10 properties - including 30 HMO rooms, BTLs and Serviced Accommodation. During the day we will cover:

    • the principles of interior design for HMOs with practical tips
    • develop the style for your property
    • learn how to create a blue print Mood Board
    • look at suitable products and suppliers for HMOs
    • talk from a Compliance Expert with a Q&A session where you can address specific issues connected with your investment property

Designed for new and established investors this informative and supportive workshop will allow you to make the most of your investment while ensuring you don't fall foul of compliance regulations. The course will be a mixture of theory and practice, with plenty of opportunities for questions and answers with the experts.

HMO kitchen

All refreshments and drinks as well as lunch are provided for this course. Please let us know of any dietary requirements in advance, so we can accommodate your needs. Paper and pens are provided for note taking during the day.
