Home staging will transform a property into a home. It is a powerful tool that enables your ideal buyer to "experience the lifestyle" of their prospecitve new home, through the careful curation and design of furniture and beautifully styled accessories.

Our home staging service is used by property developers, estate agents and anyone with an empty property that is not selling.

What's included?

The simple answer is everything you would expect to see in a home! From all the furniture, rugs and art to plants, books and soft furnishings. We will create the feeling of a home for your ideal buyer.

Our bespoke service incudes measuring up, creating concept and mood boards, showing floor plans for furniture placement, complete furniture and accessories hire, as well as staging and styling all our carefully chosen items.

How long do I get the furniture & accessories for?

We offer two options - either a standard hire period of 12 weeks from installation date (that's the day our team delivers the furniture & accessories and styles your property) or we can also offer a rolling month by month contract if you feel this would suit your property better.

At the end of the hire period there's an option to buy any furniture or accessories too.
